Mr. Williams has specialized in the sale of apartment buildings, the sale and development of over 1,000 acres in land East of Denver International Airport while it was being built, the acquisition of water and mineral rights and has attended countless planning and zoning meetings along the way.

Maintenance & Management

The following maintenance services are offered on all properties listed by REO-PRO/Colorado Towne and Country, LLC.

- Winterization
- Trash Removal
- Yard Maintenance
- Lock Replacement and/ or re-key
- 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance
- Snow Removal

Necessary repairs will be recommended and performed on an individual property basis. In most cases we recommend that bank owned properties be marketed in an "As-Is" condition. This is the simplest, quickest and most economical way to market bank owned, foreclosure properties.
